Additionally, you will represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, select and manage middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, and delegate the necessary authority to them. You will also manage events, conduct performance reviews, establish financial and administrative controls, and formulate and approve promotional campaigns and overall human resources planning.
Required Skills and Experience
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role. The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and attention to detail is essential. Excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, strong organizational abilities, and the capability to work well as part of a team are required.
